We were recently met with an unexpected extended hospital stay for my mother in law who is the primary caregiver for her bedridden husband. I contacted them on a Thursday morning in need of immediate care 24/7 care. We were able to settle on 4 hours the very next day, then 12 hour shifts over the weekend until we could begin 24/7 care on Monday. The owners work the initial shifts and become familiar with the client expectations which are passed on to staff. Each aide took care with my mother and father in law - took time to get to know them - took time to ensure their needs were met - took time to befriend them and makes them feel special. My mother in law has recovered and can now care for her husband once again so we no longer needed the services of Love and Loyalty but we actually still keep in touch! I would use them again for loved ones - this is truly a class act!
